Search by file attributes in documents
At the first stage, documents searches only by attributes of the files themselves, not inherited from the folder.
Repeat notification at the current approval stage
Added a button to Send notification to those responsible for current stages in approval package . This function is available to the administrator, initiator, and users with access to Create and Edit Approval. When clicked, a repeat notification will be sent to those responsible for the current approval stage.
Bulk editing of comments for Users
Added Bulk editing of comments to register of comments . The function is available to the Responsible person for the comment, the Author of the comment, and users with access to Edit approval.
Bug fixes
- Removed export of deleted attributes in documents.
- Fixed the operation of the Clear and Cancel buttons when editing the date in an attribute in the object table.
- Fixed the number of overdue days in the comment register when there are more than 30.
- Fixed the display of the embedded signature on a file after approval.
- Fixed the deletion of contractual and planned dates from approval.
- Fixed an issue where after refreshing the page, the selected user was not displayed in the Recipient field in transmittal package settings .
