Creating XML documents
The functionality is available in beta mode.
We implemented the creation of electronic documents based on XML schemas.
- In project settings the administrator creates a schema type, configure access rights and upload the necessary XSD files (XML templates), for example from Ministry of Construction website .
- A user with rights to create a schema of this type uses it when XML creation in any accessible folder.
- After all fields are filled in correctly, you can download the finished XML. If not all fields are filled in, a draft is saved in any case, which you can return to later.

Confirmation of receipt of a comment by the person responsible
We implemented a record in the comment log of an event about its receipt upon its first opening by the person responsible (both when a specific person responsible and a role are specified in the comment). The Author and Observers also receive a corresponding email if the corresponding option is enabled in comment type settings .
This functionality is useful if you need legally binding confirmation of the contractor's receipt of the comment.
