¶ 1. Creating an account
The user can create an account by registering independently in the SIGNAX system, or by invitation of the Administrator.
If the User has not previously registered in the SIGNAX system, then after the Administrator invites him/her to the company, an account will be automatically created for the User.
An email with a login and a generated password will be sent to the User’s specified email address. The password can be changed, if necessary, in the “PROFILE” tab in the HUB.
1. Go to hub.signax.io and click “LOGIN”
2. On the authorization page that opens, enter your login and password from the received email.
3. You will find yourself in the personal account of your account
In the PROFILE section you can fill in your information, change your password and link your account to Google or Yandex authorization.
1. To register with the SIGNAX service yourself, click “Create an account” on the authorization page or go to link
2. Enter your email address and click “Next”.
3. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a confirmation code, which you must enter in the “Code” field.
4. Then create a password longer than 8 characters, containing a capital letter and a number. You can fill in your full name if necessary.
5. Complete registration.
6. After completing registration, you will be redirected to the main page https://hub.signax.io/ . Click “LOGIN” and enter your registration information.
7. You will find yourself in the personal account of the account you created.
8. Ask your Administrator to assign you a License.
In the PROFILE section, you can fill in your information, change your password and link your account to Google or Yandex authorization.
¶ 2. Profile
The profile contains information about your account with the ability to edit it
You can view the companies you are a member of and your access rights within this company
You can change your login information. To do this, enter the new information and click “Save”
You can link your account to Google, Apple, or Yandex authorization
You can change your password. To do this, enter the old password and the new one. Click "Save".
