There are two main Roles: User and Administrator.
- Receives an invitation to the company from the Administrator by email.
- Receives a License from the Administrator.
- Gets started.
- Creates and registers their own account.
- Creates a Company and Projects.
- Invites Users to the Company.
- Submits a request to the vendor for Licenses.
- Distributes Licenses to Users.
- Gets started.
By creating a Company, the Administrator becomes its Owner and Administrator. They can add other Users as Owners and/or Administrators. Added Owners can remove the original creator of the Company from its original creator. This may be applicable in cases where a user has created and configured a Company as technical support, and that is all their functionality.
One account can create no more than two Companies.
