DASHBOARD - construction project mobile reporting tool

A shared environment where the project managers and decision-makers can track all the most critical project metrics and plan further work.

It always lets you see up-to-date data on your smartphone or tablet.
Gives a precise understanding of the situation at the construction site.
Sets a unified reporting standard for all construction projects of the Customer.
Allows you to set up transparent management, understandable metrics, and baseline/actual comparison.

1.2.2. INSPECTION

Monitor construction progress from anywhere

Create capture points and their association with the building plan, display 360º images to visually determine the site's situation, and compare with project plans remotely. INSPECTION allows you to organize daily monitoring of the construction site, construction dynamics, and HSE.

Provides remote site inspection and organizes the virtual work of a specialist. Allows you to organize remote analysis and joint work with construction management.

1.2.3. TOOLS

TOOLS - SIGNAX tools for creating and working with the construction information model.

These tools are installed on Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage versions 2019-2023.

The TOOLS module consists of the SIGNAX for Revit and SIGNAX for Navisworks plugins.

SIGNAX for Revit - used for creating a construction model and slicing elements for takeoffs.

SIGNAX for Revit is installed on Autodesk Revit versions 2019-2023.

This tool enables copying elements from a linked design model into a construction model. The copied elements retain the necessary parameters for further work with the construction model in SIGNAX for Navisworks and SIGNAX DASHBOARD. Copied elements can be sliced into parts using the Part tool.

SIGNAX for Navisworks - used for marking completion and closure dates of elements, color-coding based on status, attaching comments, adding documents, obtaining quantities, and much more, expanding the standard functionality of Navisworks Manage.

SIGNAX for Navisworks is installed on Autodesk Navisworks Manage versions 2019-2023.

SIGNAX for Navisworks allows you to:

Set completion dates based on elements and acceptance/payment dates.
Color-code element status based on readiness or assigned issues.
Assign remarks and comments linked to model elements.
Obtain cumulative volume, area, length, weight, and quantity for selected elements in the model.
Automatically create search sets for all the above actions.
Create search sets based on rules described in an Excel file, the plugin interface, or a txt-format classifier (used in Classifier Code in Revit).
Export all elements with selected properties to Excel.
Bulk-fill parameters using an Excel file.
Export completed work to Excel Invoice.
Create properties and search sets based on element completion dates in Timeliner tools.
Copy properties between tabs.
Export reports on cumulative volume completion records in PDF format diagrams.
Perform model parameter completeness checks and automatically create collision check rules.
Attach links, documents, and SIGNAX DOCS / ACC DOCS / BIM 360 Docs remarks to model elements.
